Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 3, 2026

This policy explains what PatchMySEO ("we") collects when you use patchmyseo.com and the PatchMySEO app, why, which services process it for us, and how to have it deleted. We've tried to write it in plain language.

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

3. Services That Process Data for Us

To provide the service we send data to the providers below. We don't send your name, email address or payment details to AI or search services. What they do receive is described per service: usually your website address, brand name, the questions you track, and public pages of your website (the same pages anyone can see). Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. What We Don't Do

5. Data Security

Data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS). Our database (Supabase) runs on secure cloud infrastructure; access to your data is limited to your own account, and our servers use restricted keys that are never exposed in the browser.

6. Keeping and Deleting Your Data

7. Emails

Alerts and the Monday summary go only to accounts that use those features. You can stop them by turning autopilot off for your site or removing your tracked questions. We may still send essential messages about your account, payments or security.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes we'll also let you know by email.

9. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to request data deletion, please contact us at patchmyseo@zohomail.in.
