By accessing or using PatchMySEO ("the Service"), operated by PatchMySEO ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PatchMySEO provides AI-powered SEO auditing, automated code patching, and neural SEO analysis tools. The specific features available depend on your subscription tier.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com). Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments provides billing customer support and handles returns.
You agree to provide accurate payment information. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time from "Manage billing" in the app menu, or by emailing patchmyseo@zohomail.in. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period; your account then moves to the Free plan. If a renewal payment fails, paid features pause until payment succeeds.
Refunds: First-time subscribers can get a full refund within 3 days of their initial purchase, no questions asked: email patchmyseo@zohomail.in. A refunded subscription is cancelled at the same time, and the account moves to the Free plan. After 3 days, refunds are granted at our sole discretion, based on concrete reasons. Plan changes and renewals are not refunded; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes, to scrape data excessively, or to attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or application logic.
PatchMySEO is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
